Purchase Order & Deposit Information
Prior to production of your custom Forte spar or structural tube, we ask that you send us a purchase order and a 50% deposit on the completed part's price. The 50% balance is due prior to shipment.

Please include the following information on your purchase order:

Company Name
Billing & Shipping Address
Daytime Telephone Number
Email Address
Payment Information (e.g., credit card information, payment by check verification, or OEM terms acceptable to Forte)
Description of Item (include available drawings)
For Marine Products, please also include boat name

Shipping
Spars and tubes are produced and delivered when agreed to between us.

Prior to shipment, your order is inspected to ensure that it is in perfect condition; it is then packaged securely to prevent damage. However, in rare cases, damage can occur during shipment. Please check the carton when you receive your order. Should it be damaged, carefully document all damage on the driver's Bill of Lading, take digital photos, and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Warranty
We warranty all Forte products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of one year.

Forte's carbon fiber spinnaker poles are guaranteed not to break under normal sailing conditions, as designed for your boat, or we replace the Forte part. Hardware and rigging are not guaranteed by Forte. This guarantee applies only to the original spinnaker pole owner.
